Condition Cards are a fun way for DMs to track conditions on characters at the table. They also help inform and remind the players what condition they are under and how it impacts gameplay.
Print these onto card stock paper, cut and sleeve.

These cards contain some blatant errors. For example, the “Prone” condition card says it gives a -2 to attacks; the correct rule is that it gives disadvantage on attacks. It may be a free download, but the lack of care doesn’t speak well of Mage Productions.
